Structures do not generate in my world even when I create a new world

Same here, also running Fabric 1.20.1

the commands to locate the structures do seem to be present but outputs that they cant be found instantly

edit: i just found an abandoned village with a working windmill, just cant seem to find any structures that dont spawn inside villages. will update more when i do
