EDIT: Nevermind, it just randomly started working, i don't know what changed but it did

I tried to install the mod on a server but i noticed that no structures were generating, even when i installed both the Mod and the Datapack. When i went on to test in a singleplayer world there were also no structures generating. Now, i do use the Feather Client and more mods but i don't think they should fight eachother too much.

And yes, i did install the mod Client and server side. Modlist is attached
Edit: I have tried to /place villages which seemed to sometimes spawn with windmills for other people but after spawning 30 - 40 of them without anything create related generating i gave up
