I can confirm that this is still an issue in the latest version, and say that several blocks have this problem. Including gearboxes, encased shafts, gearshifts, and the stockpile switch. It seems to be any tile entity type block from create. Regular blocks like layered granite are not affected. This also does not affect other redstone components like redstone torches or levers, only redstone. This also is not a problem with the schematicannon, that works as intended.
