I'm playing on a server with friends on Forge version 34.1.0 (Minecraft 1.16.3) and Create version 0.3e, where I encountered this issue for the first time. This issue is highly reproducable in single- and multiplayer.

I've set up rotary crop harvester farms with portable storage interfaces (as shown in YouTube videos). After unloading the chunks the mechanical bearings of some of these farms stop rotating until a player manually right clicks the bearing twice. This also happens in every movement mode.
