When trying to log onto my modded server for me and my friends it says Incomplete set of tags received from server, but I checked logs and found out it was only my create mod that was doing causing the issue, I re downloaded create quite a few times but it never worked. Im running 16.4 does anyone have a solution to this. If so please help thanks!

Please launch your minecraft server with the forge-xx.jar and not the minecraft-xx.jar

So to contribute to this error. Server's using proxy's such as waterfall with a vanilla lobby are unable to use the create mod due to this error.
