Conveyors crossing chunks create circular reference, act as rotation source.

When loading into my world the conveyor that spanned a chunk border acted as a rotational source.
It span on it's own and adding a source that didn't match the rotation broke. Even adding a rotation source that matched then removing it remained spinning but became overstressed.
Using f3 shows the two blocks on either side of the border have each other as sources.
It was 3 chunks away from my load point.
Adding a motor that didn't match the speed acted as though the motor was spinning at the same speed. The belt spins on it's own at 256RPM but the motor is at 16 RPM without breaking.
Spinning the motor the other direction breaks the motor
Reloading the world resulted in some more broken conveyors with the belt stopped on one half and running on the other.
