Ticking Block Entitiy Crash

Every Time we bring some Rotation to life the Game crashes and the Error comes from the Create Parts.
The Error is calles "Ticking Block Entity" and yeah. We dont know what we can do!?
We deleting the Structures with NBT Explorer and then the world is okay but we want to use the mod :-(
We are using the 1.16.4
And what you did to fix that @SlumberPenguin ?

Are using Optifine with Forge 1.16.4-35.1.37? If so, there have been tons of issues related to this, please change your version to 1.16.4-35.1.36 or below.
