[Suggestion] Multiple block types allowed for "sails" on windmills.

As the title says, a config option to whitelist blocks that can be used to make rotational energy on the windmill. For example the below:
The one on the left has sails made of Immersive Engineering Sheetmetal giving a more industrial look. However only the one on the right actually generates power. Would love to have this ability in the future for mod pack authors to customize the look and feel.
