Hey ! I've had a reproductible crash using the "Vertical Slabs" part of the DoubleSlabs mod when converting a vertical slab to a tile entity (windmills, cart assembling). I've reported the issue on their github's issues tab, I just wanted to let you know in case there was an "incompatibility" tab to modify somewhere.

Also, blocks modified by Chisels n bits aren't recognized as blocks by windmills and cart assemblers, and thus can't be used with it. This doesn't cause a crash.

I'm in 1.16.4 using forge 35.1.32, and this was a client crash on a server (the server kept running fine).
