No error, game version 1.16.5 uses the latest mod version

Do you have any claim mods? If so, allow the deployer to place/break by whitelisting/allying

I don't have any claim plugins or mods, and other functions of the create mod perform correctly in the server, such as mechaninal-saw and drill

Do you have minecolonies? or ftb chunks? There seem like the only reason why they are not working.
Saws and drills don't get affected by claim mods as I remember.

Might be caused by spawn protection. Does it worse elsewhere in the world, at least 100 blocks away?
