Slabs don't rotate orientation when placed

slabs rotated 90 degrees should be placed as vertical slabs and visa versa.

Pretty sure create does not add vertical slabs for it's blocks

lol, my bad and that is a good point. Quark does and I didn't think anything of it. Might be a good feature at some point then.

Closing as Create doesn't add vertical slabs.
