I'm using create-mc1.16.3_v0.3e along with JEI-1.16.4-7.6.1.65 and now every time I try and log in, I immediately end up Crashing

Try to update Optifine to version 1.16.5_HD_U_G6. It works with 1.16.5 and 1.16.4
