[1.16.5] Server crash randomly with Ticking entity

This occurred one time when I was travelling from the Nether to the overworld where some machines are running:

I haven't played in a while so cannot confirm if this was actually resolved. Will open a new issue in the future if it occurs again.

Try to update Optifine to version 1.16.5_HD_U_G6. It works with 1.16.5 and 1.16.4

I am using OptiFine 1.16.5_HD_U_G6, and this crash occurred server side.
