Max Schematic Size configuration not working.

Setting the max schematic size in world/serverconfig/create-server.toml doesn't have any effect. I have a file that is 700,000 kb and setting the max schematic size to 1,000,000 kb doesn't have any effect, I still get an error saying max size is 256kb.
