I made a modded minecraft server that included Create as one of its mods. After a few hours, me and my friends decided to make a simple windmill. After we made the windmill, a few seconds after the windmill rotates, the server crashed and shutdown. I turned it back on and I can't join the server without removing Optifine. After i did, i broke everything down and put them all in a chest. I restarted the server as a precaution and now, whenever i place a block it crashes the server.
The server is using :

• Minecraft Forge 35.1.13
• Minecraft version 1.16.4
• Mod version 0.3e

I have server with friends on the same version and with modpack included create. Today we created simple windmile and after some time our clients crashed and we cannot join back with optifine. Server still running but the client just dont want to support optifine with create. Server dont using OptiFine mod. We just ahve it on client.
