NBT Size too large - I crash when I get a minecart assembler.

When I have am on a server in multiplayer with other the cart assembler and the cart with the building in duplicated sometimes. Also often when you get the cart with the wrench your minecraft says that:
In Signeplayer you dont was kicked. All things work and you can then place and desamble the cart and delete the cart in the creative inventory.
In Multiplayer nothing worked, when you drop it when you die everybody crashs when he is near(in view) it.
In the lastet version of 1.14.4 is worked with more size. I thought it was the Traffic, but I switch from 1 GB to Unlimeted and it doesent worked. I read another issues from anouther mods with the same problem and everywhere thay sayed: "The Mod has a maxiumum. They have to fix the bug"
Please fix it or can I change the maximum in one of the configs?

I have the bug again. Explained more precisely: If I build a very large construction in the single player and record it with the assembler and the wrench, then it only lags briefly, which is not bad. But when I do it in multiplayer, I get the error message that I sent above. Can you please program such a NBT maximumer, so that you can simply insert it in the config and that the default is 8MB?
This is a Forge issue, there's not really a fix.
I know, but is there any mods in 1.18, that can change the amount?
