I have a similar issue. The long lines disappeared after restarting the game, OP's method of turning off shaders and then starting the world doesn't work for me. I'm using the 1.15.2 preview of optifine with Sildurs medium shaders. Now I have this issue where the parts don't even move and are in shadow and their vertices are weird.

Edit: I just noticed that the parts are vibrating slowly. Kind of shaking.

with every shader even those that do not add anything, the glitch does not appear

I downloaded 0.2.2a, and still have that problem.
I'm also using Forge 28.2.0 and Optifine HD_U_F5 and only the Create mod.
When I enable a shader and then disable it, I get the same problem as the picture above. It does not go away until I restart my game.

What happens if you run /create clearRenderBuffers during the glitch?

commented

/clearRenderBuffers was an unknown command, but I found a /create clearRenderBuffers. Both did nothing to fix it. However, I noticed that the glitch only happens when I have the the shader active before joining the wold. If I load the world without shaders and then activate and deactivate one, it does not happen.

Please double check if this is still an issue in 0.2.2a, thanks!

The optifine issues should be addressed in more recent versions, at least i did not find any in 0.3 when doing my testing. If you come accross these in newer versions, please let us know.
