Trying to drain water from 256x256 area in ocean. Tried to increase both of the Pulley range and disable the option above, But the Hose Pulley doesnt suck any water

Is your pulley at the bottom of the ocean?

I just left the hose went down to ocean, and let it there overnight. The hose is working. Ig since im draining a large area, the whole need a long time to calculate the radius

Make sure the pulley end is at the very bottom, and make sure you have a Mechanical Pump going from the hose pulley to wherever you want to store the water.
