After placing some cogwheels or belts or anything, the game works fine, but as soon as I leave the world and game, the entire world is unable to be opened again. I don't know what is causing this, but I do want to use the mod. Is there any fix?

If you have Optifine, try to update it to version 1.16.5_HD_U_G6. Which works with 1.16.5 and 1.16.4

try removing optifine completely then

alright, the only problem with that is i have a horrid frame rate, is there any mod i could use other than optifine to help with that?
