As in the title, the Funnel sometimes doesn't take the items from the belt after stalling them.
Steps to replicate:
I created a simple wheat grinding - flour watering setup to show the problem:
The funnel on the chest is set to take in only dough and seeds (by the filter on it)
And when you input some wheat, it stalls the flour until it turns into dough (as it should).
However, after it turns into dough, it gets under the funnel and isn't taken, resulting in blocking the belt indefinitely:
From what I've been testing, It happens every time.
Such a simple design, destroyed by the funnel not checking underneath itself for the item.
The bug happens on Create v0.2.1 on Minecraft 1.14.4
