The Cart Assembler isn't treated as a rail block by the Powered Rail.

If you have a design like this:
The minecart placed on the powered rail will be launched like it should be.
However, if you shorten it by one rail:
It doesn't work then, because the powered rail thinks the Cart Assembler is a solid block.
