As the title said when i rejoining a save, breaking or interact with the network of create and place any block like shaft or machine the stress capacity of every furnace (flying wheel)is double and so on if i continue. The last update fix this issue for any other source but not for furnaces...

Does it happen with blast furnaces as well?

Yes it's happen on blast furnace as well. And that is not visual it's clearly double the capacity so i can add new machine that exceed the normal limit. The best example is the large grindstone see:
