Invisible Stress Use

My set-up will be working just fine, but then it will randomly say it's overstressed. I will disconnect everything and it still won't work. I connected the stressometer directly to my windmill and it will say that it is extremely stressed.

Please fix this, as it ruins the "Vanilla" feeling of the mod and makes it feel like it's poorly made.

bumping the issue, it's especially annoying on multiplayer since all you have to do to replicate it is to just reconnect and load chunks again

Bumping again, just ran into this on my 1.16.5 world with my Furnace Engine. Flipping it on its axis so both the engine and flywheel are facing another way fixed it.
I am having this issue exactly as described by @Thatiweirdo.
I am on Forge 43.2.0, 1.19.2, on a server.
I have several other mods installed. Create is on 0.5.0i.
on 1.18.2. Create 0.5.1c happened after server restart, replacing the machines didn't work, but apparently it is the belts that is being overstressed for some reason, fixed after replacing sections of it
I'm having the same issue, and I've got a bit more thorough documentation for it.
In my world, this seems to happen randomly when reloading (or re-rendering, as the case may be, since the chunk has a chunkloader in it) the chunk that the windmill is in, whether by quitting and reloading the world, or just by walking far enough away and coming back. It only happens (as far as I have seen) for one specific windmill at one specific coordinate; As far as I can tell, the issue can be completely fixed by moving the windmill bearing block itself even slightly. It also doesn't happen to the other windmill bearing powering the same mechanism in tandem.
Here, I've attached a couple screencaps showing the bearing with this odd "phantom stress" applied to it:
Next, I've attached a couple screencaps showing the same bearing, with the same windmill, one block to the right, working fine. The third image is after I've hooked it up to the rest of the mechanism, which was disconnected for the rest of these screencaps:
Next, I've attached the latest log that was generated upon closing the game session, less than a minute after I took the above screencaps. I don't know if this is helpful, but it seems worth including.

Lastly, just to be extra, extra thorough, here's a copy of the world save, so that it can be tested in-world, as a link to the file on Google Drive since it's too large to upload via github:

An extra note about the save: the world is run via the modpack Automation Nation, Version 1.4.1, link here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/automation-nation/files/3278673
I hope all this information helps get right to the bottom of this issue. The chunk loaders included in the modpack might be related, but since Thatiweirdo seems to be getting it with just Create installed, probably not. I've yet to see if moving the windmill one block to the right works as a permanent solution; if the issue crops up again, I'll come back here to say as much. If anything more is needed, I'll be glad to provide it!
