Textures not loading, solid color

Many blocks such as both gearboxes, all of the encased shafts, and ALL of the create palette window style panes and blocks, please help.
Do you have any shaders or recourse packs? Those might tamper with textures, if that's not the issue maybe reinstall the mod.

I have optifine, and I have re-installed the mod a couple of times now
ok, it is the latest version though, ill give it a shot

Try disabling anisotropic filtering and antialiasing in Optifine's quality settings

see, all of the blocks are a solid color and the windows appear to be
transparent when I hold them, but not when actually placed as seen
