if I want to download the mod in the curseforge app it says manifest file doesnot exist what should I do?

Create itself is not a Modpack you can import. If you want to play with Create and potentially other mods, create a custom profile and add this mod to your modlist. Or browse the modpack listing for popular packs with Create in them.
