I'm trying to build a mining shaft elevator that digs its way down using drills. I'm trying to use an on board redstone link to send a button pulse to a pulse to toggle latch connected to a clutch in order to be able to sto the descent from the elevator itself. The problem is that once i add a RS link to the elevator the contraption becomes immobile. Are on board redstone links not supported?

And any kind of multibutton remote should also be good

Hasn't this been fixed now? If they're stuck on the side of a moving block, they move with it. There's still a seperate issue of them turning off while moving.
I do get immovability issues when pushing a link into a block that's not attached, so chassis don't connect to links, but it's not too much of an issue.

Links are movable since 0.2.2b
