I was trying to make an automatic farm, and I noticed that none of the Items that where harvested where appearing in the chest that I had placed on the contraption. And when i put an item in the chest, it dissapeared when i opened it again (after I ran the machine)
It was on my server, and when I tried it on my single player world it did work.

Also, I have confirmed I was using the most recent version on the server and client

I have this problem too we updated to create .3.1 and now our chest doesn't pick anything up

I had the same problem when using an andesite funnel for input and a brass funnel as output. The brass would put 64 items on a belt, and none of the items would make it into the chest. When I changed the andesite to a brass funnel, it started working
