File create-mc1.16.5_v0.3.1c.jar is not a jar file

In the mods folder it is still a Executable Jar File, but this shows message comes up when I try to launch minecraft with the mod

Hmm, perhaps try to download it again. Something might be busted with your copy of it

It was my copy. I deleted the java file and downloaded it and it is working now.
