Single mechanical crafter that points to another mechanical crafter(s) drops its result item when entering the world. I added some screenshots with specific setups, but if needed I can make a video/gif that shows the whole process.

There might be a similar problem with 3x3 mechanical crafters setup, since after being afk for some time and going back into the game from ESC menu, I got all items except 1 milk bucket from my cake crafter in my inventory, which were picked up by the magnet. The problem is, I wasn't able to reproduce the 3x3 crafter dropping its crafting ingredients after spending ~15 minutes each in my custom modpack and in pure Create instance, so that might have been just me accidentally right clicking on the crafters. Also, before going afk I sped up cake crafter from 16 to 48 rpm using speed controller, that's all new info I got.

29.04 Edit: 3x3 crafter setup is indeed dropping its crafting ingredients every once in a while, though I still have no idea how to consistently make it happen.
