It would be really nice to see something like a way to make more complex movements with the mechanical.

Where you have for example 2 individual Input and 2 individual outputs. So that items from the first input are always moved to the first output and the second input connects to the second output.
for the selecting the correct outputs you could for example change a color code with shift right click on a Output / Input.

As a other idea a way to control the movement of the arm in individual blocks in x, y, z direction via a Block (sequenced gearshifts for example) / handheld item.
