They already are

I think this is more of an issue on tinkers side, some of the blocks like faucets are not considered fluid containers and so fluid can only be input/output by tinkers stuff.

faucet is more of liquid transfer tool, rather than container, but smelthery fluid i/o port and some fluid containers do work with create pipes
