Im having an issue with rendering. stuff like flywheels, gears, and shafts are all completely invisible.
I am using optifine.
anisotropic filtering and antialiasing are both off.
I have a relatively low-end pc.

Running the command /create experimentalRendering off should fix your issue, but before you do that could you upload a screenshot with the F3 menu open?
