Adjustable (and Pulse) Repeater gives wrong delays.

The delay on the Adjustable Repeater and Adjustable Pulse Repeater give different delays to what they display.
On top of the delay which is already displayed when setting the delay of a repeater, there is an additional +1 game tick of delay.
This is replicatable. Example:
1 game tick adjustable (or pulse) repeater == 1 tick redstone repeater (2 game ticks) in delay
ALSO
2 x 1tick adjustable repeaters + 1 x 16tick adjustable repeaters == 1 x 1second adjustable repeater
Finally, each adjustable repeater also has an added +1 tick delay when being unpowered.
Please fix this!
