Random crash after placing deployers, breaking them doesn't seem to undo it.

I was playing around in creative when I placed down a deployer and powered it with a motor. It then moved and then my game crashed. Trying to reload into the world would result in the same crash. Since I was playing with a few other mods, I decided to remove them and try again. It loaded with no problems and I break the deployer, the source of the problem. But then I re add the mods and it still crashes. I guess it wasn't the deployers then.
