Whenever me or my friend try to join each other in a lan world using hamachi we get the error unable to synchronize registry data from the server. When we remove the mod it works just fine. We have tried with several different versions of the mod and we are using forge 36.1.13 for 1.16.5. Does anyone know a fix?

make sure both you and your friend have the exact same version of Create and forge

Yes there are about 45 other ones. it was working before but after updating to the latest version of Create it didn't work. Even after going back to the older version

we both are definitively are using the same version of both Create and forge but it still doesn't work.

Are you using any other mods?

This is because your world was created with a previous version of a specific mod. To fix this, look in the lastest.log file of the person trying to join. Check for the error looking like

Cannot find registry id:
       item:iron_chest:gold_chest

With that info, now download NBTExplorer, open your level.dat with it, then find the item index in problem, then delete it.
