Sometimes, one random sugar cane block glitches out such that a moving minecart with harvesters can't break it. Every world enter seems to reset the glitched sugar cane so it can be harvested, but after some time another sugar cane glitches out. Its happening in a custom modpack, I haven't tested Create-only instance yet, but will in a day or two.

i have this issue too

Here is what I found, when harvesters are moved with mechanical bearing at 8 rpm and higher, they seem to 'skip' some sugar cane blocks, not harvesting them. When moved at 4 rpm and lower, they see and harvest all sugar cane blocks. Tested with create-only instance.
