Steps

1. Place a Petal Apothecary
2. Fill it with water
3. Use a Mechanical Piston, Rope Pulley, Gantry, or any type of Bearing.
4. For Bearings - Activate the Bearing.
   For Piston or Gantry - Apply Rotational Force.
   For Pulley - Lower the Rope Pulley by applying Rotational Force, and try to bring it back up.
