I've noticed that windmills made out with only sails at max potency tends to glitch the game, I've various results with this, in different profiles, but it always happens with this windmill config.

I was having the same issue (Until I used the command stated above) but it was also effecting GUI elements of the game as well.

Well now that's something. If you could post a screenshot with F3 open that would be very helpful. Running the command /create experimentalRendering off should fix the graphical errors for now.
