I you place a mechanical saw and it overloads the system and then try to break it with your wrench you get it back but, it doesn't remove the saw from the world only if you do it a second time its gone but you end up with 2 saws instead of 1

This issue has been addressed in 0.2.3. Thanks for the report and feel free to re-open if need be.
