[1.16.5] Server hard lock - deadlock when Place deployers on a contraption and then go unload the chunk and reload it.

When the server hard locks up we get this warmroast while it is locked-

Removing the create addons didn't fix it, only removing create stopped the locking up when the player in the area logs in.

Stale, because we never got a reply, and removed the mod from our testing.

This is only reproduceable for generating a construct within the LOTR Dimension https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/the-lord-of-the-rings-mod-renewed

From my testing so far.

PS. It is reproduceable in Single Player
