[1.16.5] Walls lack top texture when placed below Mechanical Drills

When a wall is placed directly beneath a Mechanical Drill, the top texture of the wall disappears. This occurs with Create walls, vanilla walls, and walls from Quark. I did not test this with walls from other mods.
