Ghost block duplication render issue

When I leave a chunk with my contraption, a ghost copy of the shafts, mech. arms, deployers and such is created. It is there even if I destroy the block. No optifine. 1.16.5 Modlist:

Now that I think about it, it might be caused by Chunk Animator or Immersive Portals. I'll check that.

I do not think it is just Chunk Animator, as I have seen this with Mekanism Wind Generators which use animated models like the arm (this was on a server w/o CA but it did have Immersive Portals). Pressing F3+T to reload client resources or F3 + A to reload chunks does clear them but they will re-appear on leaving and returning to the chunk, like shown above.
If you reload chunks with the moving parts they will disappear, but only if the blocks are destroyed. It also might be an issue caused by both Immersive Portals and Chunk Animator, because when i disabled Chunk Animator it was gone.
Edit: BTW that machine makes brass (my first Create machine).
