Using create-mc1.16.5_v0.3.1c

FTB University 1.16 uses a new mod called FTB Schools, it basically lets us save an area with structure blocks and generate them on command, so the player can look around at it. I use this for a couple Create things, like showing off a simple ore processing system and a simple farm.

The ore processing school works fine, but I got this crash when loading the farm.

This is basically what it looks like

When I load the world back up, I load inside the school, and it loaded fine. However, when I left and made another school (generating another copy of the structure), it crashed again (https://pastebin.com/Nd8YvFx3)

create version is outdated :/
however, there seems to be a new 1.16 FTB university with an updated create mod version, try using that
or try reporting the issue to there end

Also, the contraption is already moving when I load back in, even though it isn't in the main build.
