Deployer block won't activate a Starlight Infuser with the Resonating Wand from the Astral Sorcery Mod.

Perhaps this is a bug for Astral Sorcery, but the block in question is the deployer block.

Can the deployer place blocks in that area?

Closing this as not a bug. From Astral Sorcery

Not a bug. To use the starlight infuser, you need to have certain progression unlocked. The deployer doesn't have this, therefore it can't activate it.
