Clipping through moving blocks (elevators, bearings, ect.)

I've had some issues with elevators and other moving blocks like shafts and bearings. Im using OptiFine and I'm thinking that might be the issue. Is there any setting I have to turn off for it to work properly?

So I've figured out that removing OptiFine also removes the problem. However, a new problem arises. Constantly low FPS. So removing OptiFine isn't an option for me.

Try using Optifine version 1.16.5_HD_U_G6, it does not have this problem and is compatible with 1.16.4 and 1.16.5.
