There is this weird visual bug when looking to windmills from far away
when I don't use optifine it still happens
When I get close it turns back to normal but when I get far it starts doing it again

This is a Performant issue as I know. Disable it and try again.

Yes it worked
and I've found the very spesific setting that does it
If you disable Dynamic entity updates from the performant config this bug doesn't happen anymore
