I was building an elevator for a mineshaft idea I had and after making it all I found out that the rope pulley couldn't push or pull the chiseled blocks. So I tested this out with other create moving blocks like the mechanical bearing, minecart assembler, and the gantry carriage which all had the same result.

Create can't really do this, because the way that contraptions are implemented effectively requires that every block be hardcoded in to be movable. If a general block were a thing this might not be the case, but I don't think this bug can really be fixed with the current implementation.
