The description of the process is the following:
First, an andesite funnel beside a belt extracted items from it.
Second, the andesite funnel was blocked because the container behind it became full, so it stopped extracting items.
Third, the items on the belt stopped moving because the container in the end of the belt became full, so the items were blocked.
Fourth, the container behind the andesite funnel became not full, so the andesite funnel should be able to extract items again.
However, the andesite didn't extract items from the belt.
Only when the items on the belt started to move, the andesite funnel started to extract the items.
