Chinese tea is without milk. Tea with milk is "milk tea".

Every tea is made with no milk. But there are some which have milk AND THEY ARE NOT CHINESE.

Since the crafting recipe requires milk, and commonly in China tea is made without milk, it does make sense to name it to "Milk Tea." In fact, there are a lot of teas which contain milk.
