[Feature Request] Add Crushing Wheel recipes that empty liquids into basins and other liquid accepting blocks

Idea stems from thinking about how Crying Obsidian crushing could yield a new rare resource type used in higher tier alloying and other recipes. The logical next step was to think that it would either be obtained through a superheated basin recipe or a crushing recipe, that led me to this suggestion and the idea that some things being crushed should produce some type of liquid as an output.

Item forms of liquid containers would empty their contents on crushing, and containers like glass bottle would yield 1 sand, iron buckets 1 crushed iron, etc, following the idea that you receive back 1 of the resources used in its unprocessed form. Obtaining liquids this way would also result in the liquid being destroyed if no receptacle were located beneath the controller, or if there was a mismatch between the current liquid type being stored and the type attempting to be drained into the receptacle rather than stopping processing until a receptacle was available, giving the method advantages and disadvantages over using an Item Drain.

Ideally emptying liquids in such a way would be faster than using Item Drains in most cases, with the main drawback being liquid destruction if mismatched or in the event of being unable to fill the liquid receptacle.

Expanding further on the original idea where I talked about Crying Obsidian, thoughts are that besides producing a material used in some sort of alloying, that the liquid produced would be used in converting things like sand to soul sand, stone/cobbblestone to netherrack, and dirt/grass/podzol to Nylium, and have a special interaction with Skeletons where it converts them into Wither Skeletons. For balance purposes such a liquid should probably have a lifetime NBT so that after being placed in the world for so long, the source either destroys itself or converts into regular water.

I'd also like to add this is something I'd be willing to work on if members of the create team believe it to be a feature worth implementing.
